We want your experience with HEALER to be seamless and intuitive from start to finish. Most items are shipped in our exclusive HEALER drawstring bags, carefully nestled into a bed of crinkle paper for their journey.
Domestic — $4.99 flat rate ground; $7 flat rate priority
International — $12 flat rate
Some additional shipping restrictions and cutoffs may apply. If you have any concerns about getting your order on time, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help. Shipping arrival dates are not guaranteed unless expressly communicated by one of our staff members.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We're so glad you choose to shop with HEALER and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or just not what you were expecting, reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll gladly refund or replace your domestic order within 21 days.
In your email, please be sure to include your order number as well as whether you would like a replacement item or a refund. Items must be returned in the condition received, including original packaging. If you received a gift from HEALER that you'd like to return, please note that unfortunately we can only offer store credit for gift returns at this time.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on “APOTHECARY” category items such as lip balms, deodorants, and body scrubs. We are not able to offer international returns at this time— thank you for understanding.
