If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or just not what you were expecting, reach out to us at within 21 days and we'll work with you to refund or replace your domestic order depending on the circumstances.

In your email, please be sure to include your order number as well as whether you would like a replacement item or a refund. Items must be returned in the condition received, including original packaging. If you received a gift from HEALER that you'd like to return, please note that we are only able to offer store credit for gift returns at this time. 

Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on “APOTHECARY” category items such as lip balms, deodorants, and body scrubs, or on other consumable products such as incense, unless there was an error or damage associated with your order. We are not able to offer international returns at this time— thank you for understanding.
