SHIPPING INFORMATION

We want your experience with HEALER to be seamless and intuitive from start to finish. Most items are shipped in our exclusive HEALER drawstring bags, carefully nestled into a bed of crinkle paper for their journey.

Domestic — $4.99 flat rate ground; $7 flat rate priority
International — flat rate to select countries

Some additional shipping restrictions and cutoffs may apply. If you have any concerns about getting your order on time, feel free to reach out to us at hello@shophealer.com so we can help. Shipping arrival dates are not guaranteed unless expressly communicated by one of our staff members.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

When ordering from shophealer.com, you're responsible for any fees or charges associated with the international importation of your order.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country and may be demanded upon receipt in order to release a package to the customer. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; SHOP HEALER LLC has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Any and all additional customs, duties and fees associated with international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and will not be reimbursed or compensated by SHOP HEALER LLC in any way. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We're so glad you choose to shop with HEALER and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you received an item that is incorrect, damaged, or just not what you were expecting, reach out to us at hello@shophealer.com within 21 days and we'll work with you to refund or replace your domestic order depending on the circumstances.

In your email, please be sure to include your order number as well as whether you would like a replacement item or a refund. Items must be returned in the condition received, including original packaging. If you received a gift from HEALER that you'd like to return, please note that we are only able to offer store credit for gift returns at this time. 

Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on “APOTHECARY” category items such as lip balms, deodorants, and body scrubs, or on other consumable products such as incense or candles, unless there was an error or damage associated with your order. We also cannot accept returns on items discounted 50% or more from the original marked price. We are not able to offer international returns at this time— thank you for understanding.
